With the introduction of Voice Over Internet Protocol several years ago to consumers in Kwa Zulu/Natal it was clear that a lot had to be done to improve the service and to set higher standards for the industry to create platforms for communication via the internet.

New wireless networks are implemented at regular intervals and larger enterprises can afford to have their own networks build to gain access to Fibre Optic stations that are not in their immediate proximity.
The latest fast growth in the VOIP industry can be attributed to the safer networks it provides, with less cable theft problems, and also the cost savings factor. Enterprises with remote offices gain substantial savings due to free communication between offices connected via VOIP. Inter office communications can be free with VOIP and the quality of VOIP to VOIP calls is excellent.
