The first agents will miss their first server, the SIP01. After a minor upgrade, the good old faithful has changed tasks now to fully handle the Hosted PBX Solution (see above). The bigger brother, SIP05, is performing at a mere 12% of it’s current capacity and has all the latest technology which is needed to ensure O-Tel remains a top performer in the industry. Other Servers are allocated to various other uses. O-Tel moves forth!
