O-Tel will continue its focus in Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising. As a result of this effort, many potential clients visit the website. Our contact page does not include a phone number, but an e-mailing system. The potential client sends us an e-mail, which gets automatically sorted according to department/query. These e-mail get promptly replied to by O-Tel Staff. From 1st November, we have enabled Master Agents to log into the e-mailing system and view sales queries in their relevant areas. Sales Tickets will be closed once the query has been replied to. Good luck to the participants of this feature.
